WHAT YOU CAN
Taking the first step into therapy isn't always easy, and I'm here to make that step feel a little less overwhelming.
Our work together is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced with intention. I bring curiosity instead of judgment, helping you better understand your patterns while building practical skills that support meaningful change. Therapy isn't about fixing you—it's about creating space to understand yourself with greater compassion.
In Session
Healing doesn't only happen during the therapy hour. I encourage clients to notice what comes up between sessions, practice small shifts when they feel manageable, and allow time for reflection and integration.
There is no expectation to be "doing therapy perfectly."
Between Session
I believe healing happens through curiosity, compassion, and relationships built on trust—not shame, pressure, or perfection. My role isn't to tell you who to become, but to help you reconnect with yourself while building a life that feels more sustainable and meaningful.
I practice from a harm reduction perspective, meeting you where you are and honoring progress over perfection. Whether that means remembering that fed is always better than not fed, finding movement that feels joyful instead of punishing, or taking smaller steps rather than forcing big leaps, I believe lasting change happens at a pace that feels manageable.
I also believe healing doesn't have to be serious all the time. There is room for laughter, humor, and moments of lightness alongside the hard work. Therapy can hold both, and in my room, it definitely does.
Above all, I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space where people of all identities, backgrounds, body sizes, cultures, abilities, religions, genders, and sexual orientations are welcomed and respected. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, narrative therapy, and person-centered therapy, tailoring therapy to fit you—not the other way around.
